The DrayTek Vigor C410ax is a low-cost firewall VPN router with the 4G mobile Internet connection method. In addition, it can use any one of the three methods for its primary WAN (Internet) connectivity, falling back to one of the others in case of service interruption. It has a Dual-SIM cellular 4G modem, Ethernet (RJ45 – which can connect to many other WAN delivery sources), and wireless WAN (‘ax’ models can fall back to a wireless hotspot such as phone’s tethering, a web café, someone else’s office etc.).
The built-in Wi-Fi 6 module can provide Internet access and support local wireless LAN at the same time. The Vigor C410ax routers also offer extensive Firewall features, Content Filtering, VPN client/server and Quality of Service controls.
The latest DrayTek’s DrayOS 5 system enhance security-focused capabilities of the router thanks to the Identity and Access Management (IAM), a hotspot web portal, and more, making it ideal for businesses requiring robust and secure network solutions.

RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for ordering at Cables Direct Ltd.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
We only accept returns that have been authorised for return by our returns department and are clearly marked with a Cables Direct RMA number.
NON FAULTY ITEMS
To be eligible for a return you must notify our returns department in writing with the reason for your return advising the invoice number/order number from which the item was originally purchased. All non faulty item/s must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them. Your item/s must be in their original packaging and all manuals, power supply’s, drivers etc must be included. These returns will incur a handling charge, of which, will be confirmed by our returns department once your RMA request has been reviewed.
Once your item/s have been received, assessed and booked in under the assigned RMA number we will issue a credit on your account within 7 working days and a copy will be emailed across to you.
DEFECTIVE/FAULTY PRODUCTS
Our products come with a 12 month warranty. To be eligible to return your faulty product/s you must notify our returns department in writing with a detailed fault report for testing and advise the invoice number/order number from which the item was originally purchased.Where possible please return in original packaging including any manuals, power suppies and drivers etc.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for you own shipping costs for returning your item. We will only arrange collection of goods that have been sent in error by Cables Direct Ltd. However if you are not able to arrange shipping yourself we can deduct the cost of collection from your credit note.
