Return Policy

 

Thank you for ordering at Cables Direct Ltd.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

We only accept returns that have been authorised for return by our returns department and are clearly marked with a Cables Direct RMA number.

 

Returns – Non Faulty Items

To be eligible for a return you must notify our returns department in writing with the reason for your return advising the invoice number/order number from which the item was originally purchased. All non faulty item/s must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them. Your item/s must be in their original packaging and all manuals, power supply’s, drivers etc must be included. These returns will incur a handling charge, of which, will be confirmed by our returns department once your RMA request has been reviewed.

Once your item/s have been received, assessed and booked in under the assigned RMA number we will issue a credit on your account within 7 working days and a copy will be emailed across to you.

 

Returns – Defective/Faulty Products

Our products come with a 12 month warranty. To be eligible to return your faulty product/s you must notify our returns department in writing with a detailed fault report for testing and advise the invoice number/order number from which the item was originally purchased.  Where possible please return in original packaging including any manuals, power supply’s, drivers etc

Your items will be tested by our returns department. If a fault is found the item will be replaced FOC within 7 days of receipt to the delivery address supplied. If we no longer stock the item you will be credited in full. If no fault is found we will supply you with a returns rejection notice and return the goods to you within 7 days from testing.

 

Returns – Non Credit Customers

If you have made a purchase by debit/credit card (or other method of payment) and wish to return your item/s the above terms still apply but upon a credit being issued to your account a refund will be made against your original method of payment within 7 working days after your credit note has been raised.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for you own shipping costs for returning your item. We will only arrange collection of goods that have been sent in error by Cables Direct Ltd. However if you are not able to arrange shipping yourself we can deduct the cost of collection from your credit note.
