USB Type C to 3.5mm stereo cable adapter

Your phone only has a USB C port on it? Can't use you r old equipment because there are no ports for them? The USB Type C to 3.5mm audio adapter will allow you to connect 3.5mm stereo equipment to your USB type C device, this is especially useful for phones/tablets etc that have one USB Type C port only. With phone manufacturers trying to save space to make phones smaller, they are reducing the number of ports on a phone to just one USB C port. This means that adapters have to be purchased in order to use accessories etc. This adapter is for newer phones etc that have only a USB C port.

PLEASE NOTE: This audio adapter will not work with phones/tablets etc that have a 3.5mm port as the phones cannot detect USB C adapter and defaults to speaker.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

We only accept returns that have been authorised for return by our returns department and are clearly marked with a Cables Direct RMA number.

NON FAULTY ITEMS

To be eligible for a return you must notify our returns department in writing with the reason for your return advising the invoice number/order number from which the item was originally purchased. All non faulty item/s must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them. Your item/s must be in their original packaging and all manuals, power supply’s, drivers etc must be included. These returns will incur a handling charge, of which, will be confirmed by our returns department once your RMA request has been reviewed.

Once your item/s have been received, assessed and booked in under the assigned RMA number we will issue a credit on your account within 7 working days and a copy will be emailed across to you.

DEFECTIVE/FAULTY PRODUCTS

Our products come with a 12 month warranty. To be eligible to return your faulty product/s you must notify our returns department in writing with a detailed fault report for testing and advise the invoice number/order number from which the item was originally purchased.  Where possible please return in original packaging including any manuals, power suppies and drivers etc.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for you own shipping costs for returning your item. We will only arrange collection of goods that have been sent in error by Cables Direct Ltd. However if you are not able to arrange shipping yourself we can deduct the cost of collection from your credit note.
